A simple and flexible way of working

Every project is different — whether it’s branding, digital products, or platforms.

The goal is always the same: creating clarity, alignment, and steady progress.

Below is a typical way of working.

01 Initial alignment

We start with a conversation to understand your business, goals, and context.

This is about getting clarity on:

  • what you want to achieve

  • what challenges you’re facing

  • what success looks like

A strong start ensures we’re solving the right problem.

02 Direction & workshop

Before moving into design, we define a clear visual direction.

Depending on the project, this can include a focused workshop where we align on:

  • brand direction

  • product or user experience

  • visual tone and positioning

The goal is alignment — not guesswork.

03 Concept Direction

Based on the direction, I develop an initial design approach.

This can take different forms depending on the project:

  • overall visual direction
    (colours, typography, image/ illlustration style)

  • design of selected interface elements

  • key user flows, pages or layouts

We align on the foundation before moving forward.

04 Design development

The direction is developed into a complete design solution.

This could be:

  • a visual identity and a design system

  • a digital product or interface

  • a website, app or platform

We work iteratively with ongoing feedback to ensure progress and quality.

No big surprises — just steady progress.

05 Handover

Once the design is complete, everything is prepared for implementation.

You receive:

  • structured design files

  • documentation where needed

  • support during handover

Making it usable in practice is part of the design.

06 Optional support

Depending on your needs, I can also support with:

  • Brand / design guidelines

  • Design systems

  • Design QA during development

  • Ongoing design support to maintain quality and consistency over time

The process always adapts to the project — not the other way around.

I don’t work as an external agency — I work as a design partner.

Close to your team. Close to the work.

Focused on clarity, progress, and quality.
